I had requested online claim form 19 for FNF complete settlement which was rejected due to passbook not attested. also form 10c rejected due to date of exit error (but DOE is already updated & can be viewed in PF passbook).
Previously my claim ID-was NGNAG******* has been settled on 28/07/**** Amount & services has been transferred to THTHA009***** ( transfer unexempted to unexempted in other region– transfer out-f0rm 13)– this has been done by the previous employer himself after which my PF account shows 2 member ID of the same company. Since transfer has been done, so total amount showing in new member ID from other region– THTHA009******** & old member ID shows NIL.
I had already resigned from company last year and required to claim total amount in PF, but failed due to above reason as mentioned. Local Nagpur PF office staff told me to contact phone or email to Thane PF office staff (due to amount & services has been transferred). Nagpur staff told me that I cannot submit composite claim form (aadhar/nonaadhar) through offline mode.
So how to claim and withdraw complete amount from my PF account from Thane member ID??

I corrected my DOB and approved same from my employer and update in my online UAN profile.

Hi, My name is Molly John.. I am a beneficiary of EPF Pension. PPO 4058577. I have not received pension from May 2017 on wards. When contacted the bank I am asked to visit the PF OFFICE to submit Aadhaar card and bio-metrics to receive further payments. At present I am staying abroad with my daughter and will be back by June 2018. Is it possible for me to submit the requirements on line? If not, can I submit the same after my return? Will the delay result in loss of pension? Please advice. Also please let me know the procedure to connect with the office if on line submission is possible.

I have family pension account from epf thane. My number is MH/THA/4029136. Presently this account is in the sole name of RAMESHCHAND T RIJHWANI. Presently My wife is registered as nominee in this account. Can this account be converted to a JOINT A/C with me and my wife . I have contacted the Punjab National Bank where I operate this a/c and they told me that now govt. have allowed the family pension a/c in JOINT NAME.
Can U please confirm the same?

I had requested a transfer for my EPF account : MH/THN/98471/1910 (Prudential Process Management Services – PPMS). The money should have been reflecting in my account for the EPF : KD/MAL/0035679/000/0051008 (TCS eserve).
However this money is not reflecting in the balance statement of the second account and I get an account de-activate when I try to check the balance for the PPMS account.
