To withdraw your PF you have to Submit relevant claim forms duly attested by your ex-employer.

I had resign my previous company on 30.03.2015 after 2 months I re-join the same company 18.05.2015.
I have below questions
1. I ask my HR regarding Old PF balance they told me “you cannot withdraw the PF because as you re-join the same company & you will get the new PF number after that you can transfer the balance to new PF account.” now I got the new PF account number & I have transfer the Old PF balance to the new one it is in process . I want to ask is this correct process?
2. On the UAN site for the OLD PF My Date of Exit is showing N/A please help ?

There is no such provision of sending a copy of the EPS statement/passbook since account opening of the account showing monthly credits at your email. Who told you that it can be done? PF Office sends annual statements to your employer, ask them. PF e-passbpook can be made at here.

It seems five years before your withdrawal was issued but the cheque got rejected by your bank due to bank account number. No you have to submit Form ASR. Rejected cheque details can neither be obtained by your bank or concerned EPFO.

They say that they haf couriered this cheque to cognizant which my company never received. I asked 4 courier details they were unable to give me the same. 8 have all the trail mails since 2010 in which they never gave me correct information. And now to cover up the case they have sent a cheque to my chennai office with only 3 years of interest. If you can send a test mail at my email id I can send you all the trail mail details where they previously were not even to give me 3 years of interest also. Now just to shut the case they have done so. The amount involved is big so they dont wish to pay proper interest mam. Do guide me as its my hard earned money

If your current establishment has PF Trust than it is called Exempted Establishment in PF Office. It can have X in their employee code. Now when transfer is already approved and under process, what else can I help? You will not lose any interest as you will get interest from PF Office till the date of transfer and after that from PF Trust. So, not to worry and it will be completed soon.
