I’ve applied of PF amount 1 month ago, I’ve received a message today saying claim has been rejected and Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim (for 10c form).
And also same for 19f form, I could see reason for rejection as ‘The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO BANDRAMUMBAI-I for further details’.
So, can someone help me how to contact RO/SRO BANDRAMUMBAI-I. As I stay in Hyderabad and not sure how to get in touch with RO/SRO.

in Aug-2013 i have already reigned.

I already raised the grievance and the reply on that was “There is no record available with us, please check with previous employer and EPFO office regarding this.” and grievance ticket has been closed. I already have confirmation from previous employer, but NO update from EPFO and if grievance dept is saying the same thing. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have not been getting any information with regard to PF and Pension Settlement for last 3 yrs. after legal compliance with necessary formalities ( initially my application was rejected on
07/09/2010 due to joint a/c and I resubmitted the application with necessary correction( single a/c ) on 29/11/2010 and after a long silence on Apr. 9th 2012 one email came from my ex-employer that they have verified and submitted my PF details to EPFO, Bandra )
Since 2012 I am not getting any updates on my claim status.
Pl. let me know as early as possible.

EPS’ 95 (Pension Fund) does not accumulate any interest and hence no amount is shown. If your total service is less than 10 years and you decide to withdraw EPS 95 Funds than you will get a lump-sum payment that is calculated on your last salary drawn and total length of service. If you are eligible for monthly pension than also deciding factors are total length of service before and after 16.11.95 and salary drawn in last 12 months.
Similarly, when you opt for transfer than EPF & EPS are transferred simultaneously. You don’t have to worry about if your EPS (Pension) is transferred or not. If your PF is transferred correctly than your EPS is automatically mapped. In EPS there is only total service tenure and last drawn salary data is sent (No Payment). Hope it clears..

Thanks for reply.I have seen my PF passbook in that PF transfer from old to new account transaction is mention so i came to know that my PF is transferred.But i have not seen any detail/transaction is mention/visible in the passbook.I can see my EPS amount in new pf account in the PF passbook but not old TCS EPS amount.Still i have some confusion .Can u please explain

I have checked you e-passbook. As you can see there is no interest gain on EPS, like that there is no amount transferred. Only service period and last drawn salary is mentioned in your account via Annexure – k EPS.

my pf withdrawl form has been rejected due to incomplete form 15G, it is rejected due to column 23 of 15G. As per my employer in column 23 total income of previous year to be mentioned and he is saying previous year is 2014-15. As per my knowledge previous year and current financial year is one and same thing. so i had just entered my esimate PF amount in column 23 as i am unemployed for last 6 months.
pls clarify we have to enter income of 2014-2015 or from april 2015 onwards income…
