    My PF No. is MH/43222/8719

    My PF withdrawal form was submitted to PF Bandra office through my company in October, few days back I got an sms from the PF office stating that my claim was rejected and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address but I have not received any letter yet.

    Request you to please provide me the details for rejecting my withdrawal claim and what needs to be done next.

    I Sunil Kumar B (UAN 100370020836) had sent the my PF withdrawal application (i.e.Form 19 UAN) for (Member ID MHBAN004322200000079?53) through India Post. The post was delivered to Bandra EPF office on 15th Jan at 3.25pm (India Post Tracker ID : EK266353030IN).

    When I phoned to Public Relation Officer on the status of same i got to know that the application is not yet loaded into the system for processing. The person asked me to send a mail on same to ro.bandra@efpindia.gov.in. I mailed to the said email ID on 21st Jan;2016 but till now there is no update on my request. I kindly request to you to check this and update on my application status

    I had visited EPFO office. they told me rejection reason is wrong PF number put in Form by my previous company.
    Now my query is only that should i submitt new form or should i do correction in same form.

    Kindly let me know that should i submit new form..?? or should i do correction in previous form..??.also let me know What the date and dispatch number of courier sent by Bandra PF office.

    I am in Chennai. I was working with SECURE VALUE a Mumbai based company which is having a branch in chennai. I resigned from that company on 31st August 2015 and submitted my PF settlement form.
    So far I hven’t got my PF amount. When I checked with the company they told me to check with PF office in Mumbai. Pl me know the status of my PFand kindly arrange to send the money as soon as possible

      No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

    My father was an Ex Employee of EPFO Bandra, retired on 31/03/1995 as Enforcement Officer. He passed away on 25/07/2015.
    He was drawing superannuation pension from your department, PPO no. MH/MUMBAI/330
    My query is will my mother be eligible for receiving monthly pension because my father had already crossed age of 65 years at the time of death.

      Submit relevant Claim Forms duly attested by your ex-employer. No need for attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card.

    i have given PF form to my employer in year 2012 …….after that they have submitted on time…..but as per employer (NRB TORRINGTON LTD.     I am sayed abbas from mumbai my mom is retired teacher from Anjuman khairul islam mumbai since 2010 she visits pf office of bandra quite often but no revert. they just keep on delaying by saying it will take more 15 days or so but still no revert . Could you please suggest what are we suppose to do as my mom turned old and she cant visit the office again and again and its 5 years now even am working so no time for me to visit their place and listen all their excuses.

    in this pf a/c my Date of birth is wrongly mention my correct DOB 23-August-1990.
    Because I have left previous company Axis Bank And now i am working some where else and when my current company is trying to link my current pf a/c with older one its showing your DOB is Wrong in previous PF a/c.

    Hi There,

    I’ve applied of PF amount 1 month ago, I’ve received a message today saying claim has been rejected and Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim (for 10c form).

    And also same for 19f form, I could see reason for rejection as ‘The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO BANDRAMUMBAI-I for further details’.

    So, can someone help me how to contact RO/SRO BANDRAMUMBAI-I. As I stay in Kolkata and not sure how to get in touch with RO/SRO.
