    Hello ,
    I had applied for Claim online the error showed is
    Your Claim [ Claim Id – TNMAS220450093392 ] has been rejected due
    to : 1) EQUAL SHARES REMITTED FROM 01/21 TO 04/21 BUT EPS member .

    Regarding these above error what can be done give us some suggestion , I checked my passbook in that the Dec’21 to Mar’22 the EPS wages is showing zero .

    Please do check and let me know what would be solution .

    Hi,
    I have been submitted the joint declaration form to correct the date of leaving from the last employer with duly signed by both (myself & last employer). As per today’s information from the last employer, the documents had been sent through courier to RPFC office, Chennai.
    Here are the courier details. DTDC: Z71494416
    It seems the courier received by February month itself. Could anyone please reply me the status of the request?

    hi ,
    I myself S.Naveen Kumar i had submitted online for Aadhar updating as my name and Address to be changed in my PF account .
    I had did these 2 months back but still its showing as Chennai field office approval pending .
    due these i am not able to transfer claim as its shows error as Name received from UIDAI service doesn’t match with the available data on unified portal its showing while we transfer .

    I was given online transfer request on 14/10/21 but yet status shows old employer pending. Actually our old company is merged in my present company due to this old company signs not valid now
    but unfortunately I have selected previous company option for DSC so my claim is pending so please suggest me what to do ?

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    My PF withdrawal was rejected and they mentioned the following
    1)SUBMIT DELAYED SUBMISSION LETTER WITH ID PROOF
    Where i can submit this letter in the online EPF portal .

    2)PHOTOCOPY OF BANK PASSBOOK NOT ATTESTED BY THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY
    Do i need to sign in the cancelled check and upload ?
    Please help to clarify ..

      To be honest we both are facing the same issue, but the EPFO members they won’t help or care.
      They should have resign or terminate their employee because Chennai EPFO is the worst.
      1) Call 1000 times they wont pickup even though ringing
      2) Go to office they will not care and busy with tea and looking for where to steal.
      3) Rude manners with uneducated mostly

      In final good luck waiting PF claim more than 2 years or more.

    Dear Sir/Ma’am !
    I am having a team of 35 staff members & they are on third party pay role.Thelast employeer was Ranstad India Pvt.Ltd (Unexempted) but the current employer is Teamlease (Exempted/Trust).They applied for PF transfer from previous to current employer & was setteled in few days by EPFO.The amount was deducted from previous PF A/c but was not reflecting in current PF A/c.I wrote a mail to Teamlease & they replied to provide Annexure-K to them, which is not available online for Exempted /Trust.After that I raised a grievancein EPFO Portal & they replied to contact Chennai EPFO as the claims has been settled by them.
    This is my request to your goodself that please guide me in this matter & help me to get a solution of Annexure-k.
    This will be your great kindness towards me n my staff. Hoping far an early & positive response from your side.

    Hi Team,

    I am facing a scenario were my PAN card number is wrongly updated in my form 16 and my name in PF is written wrongly in the portal. So I am unable to do online transfer or withdrawal.

    Please advise my to solve both these problems.

    1. How to correct my PAN number in form 16
    2. How to correct my name in my PF.

      1. Form 16 is issued by your employer. What EPFO has to do with it?

      Name Change in PF Account

      Name correction process is- Make a joint request (Employer + Employee) for the said change along with a document confirming the change (PAN, Passport etc) duly attested by the employer and the member. The letter from the employer should have company’s letter head. Submit them to the PF office.

    its been almost 20 days showing the same status please check my status and let me know as soon as possible, when i will get My PF ammount, and also tell me My totel PF ammount please…

      I am sorry but whose address is this? This is not PF Office address. When you haven’t sent anything to PF Office, than why you are asking anything here?
