My PPO no:GJ/BRD/14123 and PF A/c no:GJ/5256/1000833 registered at EPFO-Regional Office,Vadodara . I have submitted necessary information to your esteem office on 2/8/2017 for linkage of my Aadhar Card with my Employees Pension Scheme 1995. The details are as above and my Dena bank A/C is SB A/C no;086910011231.I have checked with my bank but I have not been credited with my monthly pension of the months July and August 2017.
It is requested to kindly expedite and oblige.

This is sreenivasulu Koduru, Having PF no. VDBRD00157930000034905 (UAN ID 100361718495) and I am working with SUN pharma Limited, Vadodara.
My PF claim is transferred from PF no. KDMAL00374510000016919 on 11/05/2015 and payment through cheque (Cheque no. 047051, amount Rs.146246/-) and as per the record it is credited on 13/05/2015.
But till date the amount is not credited to my account (VDBRD00157930000034905).
Please do the needful..
