I have submitted fully filled UAN based PF withdrawl forms through Speed Post “EN711903915IN” on 22nd August 2016 and I received an sms saying the post has been delivered to PF Office Bandra on 25th August 2016. But I am still not able to find the withdrawl status.
Here is my PF account number “MHBAN00456650000089979”. Kindly advise on the status.
If it still shows as no form is available should i resubmit? I am highly confused please assisst.

The documents were submitted on 3rd April 2016 to the employer and When i enquired about claim submission my employer said that they submitted the claim forms to EPF office on 18th Apr 2016 and I have not received acknowledgment slip yet. The details I provided are very true. I believe my employer is playing games here. They told me they have already submitted my pf claim application. As per my previous communication, I had submitted for PF Advance withdrawal on 7th April and it was acknowledged on 18th April. Today I received message from EPFO that
“Member claim form is Rejected with the reason ‘Father name differs’ with this office records.”
Here are my doubts
1. Could You please assist Me on the process to amend my Father’s name correctly.
2. Do You have any idea how long the name change might take time.
3. Once the name change is done, can I again submit the PF advance withdrawal form?

1. First you will fill new declaration Form no 2 and get it attested by your Employer. Support it with your right father’s name document like Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card. Submit a written application with these documents to concerned RPFC.
2 A personal followup of the change with the concerned PF office can done the job quickly.
3. Of course you can resubmit..

There is no procedure of emergency withdrawal as PF is not your saving bank account. It is retirement fund. If your forms are submitted just 1 day ago than you can check the status after 7 days. And it takes 30 working days to settle the claims. Hope I answered all your queries..

But I cannot view it on the EPFO/ UAN portal, where it says no claim found.

You can ask acknowledgement after they submitted claim forms to PF Office. Why are you thinking that your ex-employer will not reply you?

My employer is saying that they have submitted the claim form to the PF office and in the acknowledgement slip they shared i can only see the PF office stamp with date but no number.
Also when i am checking the claim status online it is saying No record found (data updated on 19/11/15 01:47 Am.

I applied on May 2015 to withdraw my PF amount through my previous employer. I checked online it shows us “No records found”. So today I directly went to the PF Head office and they replied that ” you should contact previous employer. So I contacted my previous employer and they said your application has been sent already. See, simple thing is PF Office can’t do any thing unless your claim forms have been submitted to them. If your employer says they have submitted than ask them to show Acknowledgement Slip.
If I have a Acknowledgement slip then what will do in next step means I have this slip but it’s very old (2-3 yrs) slip. Kindly provide me your guidance for claim my PF amount.
