I have sent my PF withdrawal forms and required documents to employer 1 and half month back. I checked the PF portal for status and it is showing no records found. I spoke with employer concern person and he said it will take another 3 months and he has sent some new forms (composite claim form-non Aadhar ). Is it true ? we need to submit the new form again ? how we can track the status whether the employer submitted the forms or not? My PF no is KDMAL12835290000006292
You can send any claim form. No need for attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card. Why do u think your Employer will not submit your claim forms?
