      Secondly, why 2 PF Numbers? From which PF Acc you have submit withdrawal forms? Date of submission of forms to PF Office?

            Even bank will not clear your cheque with this problem. To whom it has been clarified and how? It obviously seems, it has not been cleared with PF Office..
