   please instruct all banks in bengluru to accept digital Life certificate.i am getting pension from ur vashi maharashtra office but in june’17 they have not disbursed the same. on enquiry i was told that digital life certificate along with thumb impression & aadhar card needs to be done.sbi alibag, maharashtra is doing the same but banks in bengluru lie sbi & axis are NOT uploading the digital Life certificate.SBI jp nagar has put up a notice that EPF-95 pension holders should contact EPFO office directly.

   My PF no OR/RKL/87950/4350.I sent my form 19duly filled to Vedanta Aluminium Ltd to further submit to EPF office at Rourkela,whicch was done. i Received letter from PF office that bank acct details given is inoperative hence forward ID proof PAN CARD ? VOTER ID CARD COPY. The same was forwarded to Vedanta Office & they sent it to PF office. So far the claim has not been materialised. What to do now as i am at SURAT Gujarat at new job. Advise.       No records found in online database for your claim form submission in r/o of above PF No. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?
