It just requires a declaration from you, as the account holder, and from the company that you were or are working for along with suitable supporting documents and the corrections will be made. Name Correction Process in EPF
Make a joint request (Employer + Employee) for the EPF UAN Name Correction / DOB / Father’s Name or any other detail correction along with a document confirming the change (PAN, Passport etc) duly attested by the employer and the member. The letter from the employer should have company’s letter head. Also Submit Revised Form-2 with them to the PF office.
• Download the Name Correction Form.
• Fill your details and print it.
• Sign the printed form and get it signed by your employer.
• Get it stamped with company seal.
• Attach the self-attested copy of identity proof with the application.
Now, It is the responsibility of your employer to send the application to the regional PF commissioner.

I have made changes online in my date of birth & every day I used to call pf office* write mail but didn’t get response . Its like headache to me now . Its almost above 15 days . Now tell me what should I do . Do I need to go for grievance in epf .
