I left my job in July 2011 and still I have not withdrawn my provident fund plz tell me the procedure to withdraw the fund. Also tell me if my employer is not ready to sign my pf form than what should I do.
Submit relevant Claim Forms duly attested by your ex-employer. No need for attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card.

my employer which is missionary run hospital is refusing to give epf facility to me despite 15 yr of service on pertext of some rule that the employee who is getting salary more than 15000 is not eligible for epf facility. please clear confusion.
If your Basic Salary + DA is higher than 15000 pm, you are not eligible for PF..
Then how can other pvt industry employee is eligible for that even their salary is more than 15000?
I think the rule is that one cannot submit if their 8.3% of contribution is more than 15000. At most 15 thousand share from employee is acceptable.
