I Ashok Kumar Roy submitted From 10D to my SRO.Varanashi on 18-03-2017 and after approved
payment settled they dispatched the all document RO.KOLKATA on 23-03-2017, on raising query
to ro.kolkata I get the response from them that the send my all document to sro.barrackpure vide
letter No. 973, dated 17-04-2017, but till date I can’t get my pension nor any reply form them, so
kindly help for getting my pension, my details are attache below: 1) EPF A/c No – UP/VNS/00018600000008886, 2)Claim ID – UPVNS170300001213.

My P.F. account with this office is WB/296/3090 Employer : Saregana India Ltd. I had applied for transfer of my accumulations from my previous employer. I want to know whether that has been transferred to this account or not. If yes, details of those transfers.
Further I had also applied for transfer of this account (WB/296/3090) to my present employer i.e. Moser Baer Entertainment Ltd. I want to know the status of these.

Public Dealings are done from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm except lunch hour from 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm.
Generally 10am to 4pm.( Barrackpore)

DEar Anu as per my claim a/c no wb/tlo/0038299/000/0000076is EE amt RS 87288and ER amount 48783 as on 06-07-2015 so I have only received 30000/- Please check and kindly let me know as when will i get the rest amount anfd which amount is credited( 30000) . Please help.
It seems you still have to get EPF amount. You have only received EPS amount. You would get it soon..
my claim id is 38299/76 from no 19 and 10c the same is received by pf office on06-08-2015 and now i received only 30000 its 5days and I have not receive the balance amount and when i am calling kolkata office they never say please help me when will i get the rest amount.

I am Ratan Kumar Mandal and getting pension since June’15 but no correspondence bearing PPO No. have yet been received by me from your end. Disbursing bank branch also stated that they have not received any letter till date in this regard. My PF A/C No. WB/JNG/45267/1843 & Mon No. 9434371504
PPOs’ are not dealt online but the most common problem of stopping pension is when pensioner forgot to submit Life Certificate. If this is not the case than you must visit concerned PF Office.
my mailing address is not correct what should I do to correct that..??

Contact concerned PF Office for address change and get a copy of your PPO.
