The Supreme court since 2013 and recently in August 2015 have passed orders regarding Aadhar card being not mandatory for any governments schemes including EPF. I fail to understand why the EPF authorities are forcing subscribers to enroll in Aadhar to avail of EPF benefits.

I submitted my PF claim to employer after 2 months and opted to submit the claim documents by myself at EPFO. I submitted documents on 11th Aug and EPFO gave me acknowledgement receipt. EPFO personal told me that claim will be settled in 10 days. In the process, they activated my UAN as well.
I am not sure claim will get settled in 10 days and also not sure you can provide me the claim status as it may be in process. Though I have not received any confirmation on claim ID via SMS or e-mail from EPFO. When I checked the status online, it says the data is updated till last month and doesn’t show last 2 weeks data.

I have received a photocopy of PF transfer Cheque sent to my present PF office; details are: speed post : EK462908595IN on 9/3/2015 vide cheque number:25196, please find the attached mail from Wipro.
But as of now the amount is not credited in my account (UAN#100012562980)
Both Wipro and Methode Electronics PF office is Bommasandra only.
Wipro PF is maintained through trust and they have released the cheque to my present employer (Methode Electroncis) PF office which is Bommasandra itself.
Present employer is direct and they have approved from their side for the transfer. After the seal & signature from my present employer I had sent the documents to Wipro.
Your PF must have been credited to your current account until now. But it will be shown after closing of financial year. You can visit Provident Fund Office for more clarification.
Your claim forms are yet to be submitted with RPFC. Fill relevant claim forms again and get them attested by your bank manager and submit them to concerned PF Office.

First you write DD Vigilance PF and than wait for their reply.

We can only access online database. For this either you have to submit the correction form again and send to pF office.
Does this have to be routed again via my previous employer for their stamping on the correction form, or can this be sent to the PF Office directly.
Yes joint application is needed. You can also visit PF Office and ask them for previously submitted forms or can file a RTI Application.

No in your Salary slip isn’t necessarily your EPF Number.
