    Hi,

    I had a query regarding pf transfer from my previous company to new company.My previous pf account no PY/BOM/10088/193491,i got to know that the money has been already transfered to chennai office on 16th Jan,2015 but still its not credited to my current pf account,though i have updated my UAN no in current company(TN/MAS/31309/288578).Now the problem is m moving out from this organization within few days.Can you please kindly tell me how will i get the money which has been transfered by my previous employer?

    I have submitted 10c and 19 form and Pension amount I have received but form 19 got rejected due non-submission of 15G form. And Now I have to submit that form.

    But during this process I continuously check my PF balance online.
    But from yesterday onwards my balance got reduced because the interest amount for FY12-13,FY13-14 and FY14-15 not reflecting in the statement(Online Passbook). And till last week its reflecting. However interest amount for FY11-12 is posted and reflecting the passbook too.
    Please advice what should I do? and where should I raise the issue?

          Dear Mr Vibhor, I can’t believe you came back with an excuse of not having android phone. Don’t you have friends, family, relatives, neighbors or any one who lends you his android for 15 minutes or so? If not, than only 1 option is open for you. Kindly visit concerned EPF Office. PPF Accounts are not dealt at EPF office. For that visit concerned Post Office or Bank.

          And if you mean 2 EPF accounts, first rectify the error of invalid member id from EPF Office.

    How to get the epf e-passbook for the all the previously worked companies. Presently in members.epfoservices website they pointing to UAN website and in UAN, I can download only the contribution of present company and the transferred details only. My old pf details are

                Hi Sonia, As mentioned in the previous comments , I don’t have correct PF number , My employer gave me wrong PF number . with PF and UAN , how can I proceed . also please note your Grievance app is not working on android . I have sent email twice on “ro.bandra@epfindia.gov.in “with subject line FRAUD : MH/BAN/0046956/000/0000090 : Cellent Technologies”.
                there is no revert on this . can you please help
