It seems there is some problem with your PC only. Get it checked because only you are having problems which we have never heard about. You reply to old thread and it automatically becomes a new thread. This is happening only with you among lakhs of daily visitors here.
Regarding Grievance, This is also happening only with you. I tried it myself and it does allowed @. Is it possible to write email ID without it? You can try again after clear your cookies and cache. Or try from a Cafe or friend’s house. If nothing works out than only think left is an old fashioned way of visiting PF Office..

and it has been rejected for the below reason –
The member Claim rejected due to the member father name differs with our office records.Hence you are requested to contact your employer and submit the a joint request letter along with employer with valid proof for the same and resubmit claims for furyhur action.
When i checked my PF document which i submited i have given correct name (Venkatesh Mediga).
When i checked the UAN portal there is showing Haribabu. katta as my father name, but it is my husband name.

As it is already stated that submit a joint request letter along with your ex-employer with valid proof of Father’s & Husband’s Name and explain your situation. Also, resubmit claims forms along with that letter.
What it mean joint request… is there any template.
Also how to submit all the documents. If i give all the documents to my previous company will they submit or i have to do it my self.

Joint request means a simple application written by you to PF Office attested by your ex-employer. Any body can submit claim papers and application to PF Office but make sure everything is attested by your ex-employer.

Online database shows records after 7 working days of claim submission. So either your employer has submit the claim just now or hasn’t submitted at all.

You don’t need to write full story. If you continue conversation at one place we can see it.
1. TN/49462/1935 new Number is TN/MAS/49462/1935. Now, in online database this number doesn’t belongs to any Puneet or Puneet Pahwa. Name or Number mentioned on your pay slip isn’t necessarily your PF Number. This can also happen if your account is in-operative account.
