To know the EPF Claim Status there is an organized method online. One has to fill and submit form at EPF office manually. Other way is the forms which are available on internet and can be downloaded and then has to be deposited at EPF office to know about EPF Withdrawal Status. As State government and Employee Provident Fund Organization ( EPFO ) has the power to control activities of EPF India, So they are the one who decide the process of checking EPF Status updates.
One can gain the information about Employees Provident Fund Status through two options mainly
- EPF Claim Status online
- EPF status offline
Any worker in any private or public establishment whose gross income per month exceed Rs. 6,500 has the option to join Employee Provident Fund Scheme. The employee can join the EPF scheme with approval of employer. He or She can join EPFO from the first day of his/her working in any firm which is registered under EPF and MP act 1952.
One can know the EPF claim status online by the filling the enquiry form on the website. It does not matter from where the account is maintained. One has to fill some necessary information online to check EPF status online. The procedure for checking EPF Online Status has been described below.
1. Visit website of Employee Provident Fund to check EPF Balance. Log-on into it.
2. Select your area of EPF Office.
3. Enter region code and office code which are mandatory.
4. Enter the 7 digit establishment code of in the 3rd box
5. Enter the establishment code extension if any.
6. Enter the 7 digit account number.
7. Click on submit.
This EPF Status Online query feature is not available in all regions and states. Only few Large states have this online Status query form available on their website. Other states website does not have a EPF Status Online query option.
strong>EPF Claim Status Offline
To know the EPF Status Offline one has to visit Employee Provident Fund The person visit the regional office where the account is maintained. One may Download Provident Fund Forms and submit them at the EPF office. The form has to be filled in the same procedure as explained above. One has to mention reference number also which is created automatically when submitting form online.
One other way to EPF Status Enquiry is to download form online and submit it manually at your regional PF office. To check EPF Transfer Status of Form-13 transfer application you have to approach the concerned PF Office.

I am Mandeepa Bhatia. M last employer was Capgemini. Capgemini has a Trust account. I have withdrawn my Trust PF amount. Now I was to withdraw my EPS contribution. when I follow the withdrawal process, I get error message as ” The Bank account linked with this account is also linked with the following UANs: 10021752XXXXXX (with different demographic details). If these UANs are yours, then please get the basic details corrected in your other UANs and link them with your Aadhar for transfer of your accounts to the present one. if this bank account is not yours then please add your correct bank account and get it approved by the employer to avail online claim facility.
However I am not aware of the UAN (10021752XXXX). Also I have not withdrawn my 3rd last employers, Maersk PF. My Last working day in Maersk was somewhere in Jan-2014.

I have applied for PF transfer process from my previous employer to current employer. I have received Annexure K from previous employer consisting all the transaction details with UTR number on 30th May. But as I can see amount has not been transferred to my current PF account. I would like to request accounts team in RPFC to verify payment received from TCS PF trust with UTR number and get it linked to my PF account so that the amount reflects in my Passbook. Your Online claim ( GBBLR180150000137 ) has been Settled for Rs. 50000/- and sent to your bank A/c ending with 0536 on 01-02-18(but account nos here is wrong)
If your bank details are mismatched than obviously your amount would have been returned. Kindly visit concerned PF Office..

No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?
