    I have transferred my PF account from HCL to my new company {Velankani Software Pvt Ltd}, Entire transfer operation is completed and the amount was credited into my pf account.
    But i gone through the some of the sites, They are saying like HCL is maintaining PF trust account So we need to transfer the PENSION account is separately.
    Can you Please confirm, I need to transfer my PENSION account separately. Whether i should follow the same steps for PENSION transfer else I need to follow any other steps.
    Kindly confirm and provide the proper steps.

        Whether we can able to do pension transfer through online? else i need to submit Form 13 to my present company.
        I sent mail to my previous company HCL about this process, They replied like,

        “For Pension transfer HCL has no role to play.

        For your information Pension transfer process is mentioned below.
        1.Employee fills form-13 and submit it to current PF office through present employer.
        2.Current PF office send the form-13 to previous RPFC (in your case it is PF office Gurgaon).
        3.Previous RPFC settle the account and send the pension transfer details to current PF office.”

        How i can track this process, It is confusing for me.
        Can you please give me a correct solution/steps.

          HCL has guided you correctly. Submit F-13 to our current employer. This is because HCL is having PF Trust and that’s why EPS can’t be transferred online. Sorry, we didn’t read your thread properly yesterday and told you to do it online..

            I having some more queries,

            1. I have transferred my PF account from HCL to my new company {Velankani Software Pvt Ltd}, Entire transfer operation is completed and PF office is confirmed amount was credited into my pf account through mail. But i am unable to download my e-passbook, I got message “Passbook is not available as pertain to exempted establishment(i.e. Trust)”.
            I tried multiple times but i can’t download it, Please guide me/provide proper steps to download my PF passbook.

            2. As per your previous reply, I need to transfer pension separately but it cant be transfer through online. I need to submit F-13 to my current employer, Then how i can track this process, How i come to know about pension transfer operation is completed/pending. Please guide me.

              1. When your PF is not maintained by EPF Office than how can you download it’s passbook from EPF website? You have to check it with trust. It’s like having bank account in ICICI Bank and want to check balance at SBI Bank website. Is that even possible?

              2. You will receive copy of Annexure-k when transfer is completed.

    Hi Am Rojan George And My PF Number is DLCPM00412170000027186.My Contact Number IS 7025234803. I Was working with Planman HR till 24th Dec 2014 and I provided the filled PF form to the HR on the same date. As I didnt get any update I contacted the HR by the end of June 2015 and they said that the form was not complete.So I Filled up a new form and send it along with 15G and they got the same on 29th Aug 2015.When I contacted them again by the end of oct. they told me that they already submitted the same on 14th oct 2015 and they provided me a copy of a letter which was addressed to PF officials to acknowledge the receipt of the PF form. The letter was containing names of around 20 members.

    Now I want to know the Process status. how can I get the details.

        I Was working with st.marys school mirazpur and I left the school by june 2014. As school authorities they submitted the PF request on 13/10/2015 and they send me a letter to PF Officer for acknowledge the receipt of Pf withdrawal form for 6 employees including me.
