Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat
All Regional and sub Regional offices of EPFO, in Delhi conduct a “Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat” service on 10th of every month for quick resolution. If 10th of any month is a holiday, the Lok Adalat will be conducted on the next working day. Various kinds of PF related issues or grievances of subscribers or employees, the complaint against pension and EDLI claims (Employees Deposit Linked Insurance), and erring employers will be judged by senior officers of the EPFO.
PF Adalat
These efforts by EPFO are made to solve the issues / grievance immediately, if for any specific reason, the same resolution is not possible that day, then a schedule will be fixed to solve the issues and intimation document is given to complainant/subscribers. The “Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat” system has been designed to provide support subscribers / complainant in proper time and with easier resolution and replace their hardships with satisfactory guidance.
Nidhi Aapke Nikat
Bhavishya Nidhi Adalat is also renamed as ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ (PF Near You), which will be held at the Nagercoil EPFO, Sub-Regional Office at 66, Water Tank Road, Nagercoil, on February 10 2016. As per the announcement made by Regional PF Commissioner Mr. P. Senthil Kumar, the PF Adalat would be conducted between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for employees or subscribers and conducted for employers between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Mr. Senthil Kumar will listen and judge the issues or grievances of the EPF subscribers.
EPFO members or subscribers could submit their complaints or grievances to the Sub-Regional Office personally or forward them to Mr. P. Mohanan, Asst. PF Commissioner (PGHS), by 5th Feb.

I applied to the authorities, asking them to give me the money in my old account dated 25-11-2021 last year. But so far nothing has been responded to. I did it in private school and retired. I have spoken with the authorities several times. Useless. I do not get a government pension. No income. How to live. Give me my PF money quickly! Please save me from my troubles!

I have applied for PF withdrawal, it has been rejected and reason which is given is not correct because i have given proper document for the same. after that i have raised the grievance but no body is responding it.
