I have applied for my PF amount on 1st Sep 2021 and on 3rd Sep it got approved and settled on 6th Sep 2021. From that day to now (17/9/2021) I didn’t received my amount. I have sent a mail to your email address didn’t got any response. So i have decided to go to my local EPC office. They said raise grievance. So I have raised 5 grieveance’s and as per this grievance DLLXM/E/2021/20039 I have got an update to contact your RPFC Bangalore office. I’m calling to your number 08022230118 from 2 days but no one is responding. I have also sent mail to employeefeeback@epfindia.gov.in and abbose1965@gmail.com but didn’t got any response. I have called EPC official customer care 100 times and they have picked only 3 times and didn’t resolved my issue. What kind of customer service your providing? Government services in India and employees working for it like you all does really doing your jobs? Are you taking responsibility for the salaries your getting payed from our tax, we are paying. We are not request to send your money, literally do you need us to beg for my money which I earned soo hard. I want my issue to be resolved ASAP and I want my claim amount ASAP.

I have withdrawn PF from my last employer (current) with whom i am not working any more ,but my previous employer PF amount has not been transfered to my current employer .

Submit relevant Claim Forms duly attested by your ex-employer. No need for attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card.

Hi, tried applying for withdrawal on new website but it says “Aadhaar is not authenticated by UIDAI, please get it authenticated by visiting nearest EPFO office”?
I had entered correct Aadhaar number online but not sure why it is not authenticated by UIDAI and now where should I got and get it authenticated.

No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?
Also, there is a waiting period of 60 days to submit claim forms after leaving job. How did you submit forms very next month?
I Submitted form 5 for updating my birth date which was wrongly set by previous employer Yahoo. It was set as 09/04/1986 i.e. 9th april but actual birth date is 04/09/1986 4 september, 1986. I have submitted form 5 by taking approvals from Ascent and Yahoo but still its not updated for UAN number.

Hello. I want to transfer my PF from my previous employer to current employer. Previous employer has registered my last working day wrongly. I noticed this while transferring the PF account online and I informed the same to my previous employer. They sent me a correction form to fill and asked me to courier the hard copy. I have done that long back. It’s been 2 months since I have sent them the correction form but my last working day is still the same. Upon contacting my previous employer, they are saying that the issue is currently with RPFC level. They neither sharing any contact details not helping me to resolve this issue. Please help.

I am a pensioner ppo no.166668 p.v.lakshmikantha. pension iss receiving from assr p.f. commr Shimoga. Now i have to give Bio Matric details for living certificate. Now i settled in Bangalore. Applied for PF loan to clear my housing loan. Provided all the documents required. PF office refused to give me the sum and told me that they can transfer the amount to the bank directly. They gave us a prescribed form, which bank did not accept and the same details were printed and given in Bank letter head. Now PF office is not accepting it and bank says, they will not give any details other than their letter head as per bank policy. What should i do now, please, please advise.
