Thanks for your reply. I logged in to UAN Member portal but I am not able to see the balance and transfer status there since my old organisation is exempted. I also found my current PF number is not tagged to my UAN and I manually created it under Previous Member ID but no luck. This is to inform you that I left Vector E commerce on 15th Sep 2015 however I have joined hi power support on 9th Sep 2015. I have shared my UAN to hi power support for there reference. I was there for 10 days process training. I have left the company and received my F&F settlement from them as well.
As per Hi support Hr department, I had to apply my PF from my previous company i.e. Vector e commerce pvt ltd as there was no PF amount lying with them.
Now I have applied my PF through Vector e commerce on 24th Nov which got rejected due to work active work status. As per my bommasandra/ Singasandra PF office, I need to transfer my PF amount first from vector e commerce to hi power support and after then I will be able to withdrawl the same. And the transfer process needs to be done only on online.
I tried to do the same and transfer the amount online but it is showing an error. And its not allowing me to proceed with the process further.
I have contacted my PF customer @ 1800 11 8005 and also raised a grievance online however I haven’t received any response from there end.
Now I am not working anywhere and I am very much in need of money. Please help me in withdrawing my PF amountg so that It would be easier for me to run my family.

Name Change in PF Account
First you will fill new declaration Form no 2 and get it attested by your Employer. Support it with your right name’s document like Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card. Submit a written application with these documents to concerned RPFC. Also, personally followup with the change with the PF office .

I have applied for PF transfer from my 1st company (HIL EPF Trust – HR/5572/ 0000113019) to my 2nd (PY/BOM/46998/1657) by submitting Form 13 through my employer. I also received the Annexure K from my previous employer. As per them they have provided cheque no:584187 dt:20/01/2014 for an amount Rs.104723 and it is encashed on 07.03.2014. But, When i check the PF balance online of my 2nd company account, it does not show this amount. This transfer was initiated 2 years back(November 2013)As per your response before, this amount might be encashed by RPFC. But why is this not credited to my PF account.Am i missing something here?I dont really think it will take 2 years to complete this transfer. Please help.
There can be numerous reasons for the amount not credited to your account. Your best bet is to visit Bommasandra Office and sort this out.
