    I got my Employee and Employer PF contribution amount settled when i got relieved in May 2015.
    But my EPS is not settled.

    1.Will my service in previous company be counted for Employee Pension.
    2.If not, how will i be able to withdraw the EPS amount

    Hi Sonia/Anu,
    My last org. was an exempted organization and it has its own trust. So as per PF team, I couldn’t do any online transactions. Hence I’ve to go for offline process
    1.So is it possible to have final PF/PS settlement if I directly send Aadhar based composite claim form to corresponding EPFO ,if my last org. was an exempted organization?(Note:UAN is Aadhar/PAN/Bank account seeded)
    2.Pls let me know the exact PF office address for account no. suffixed with PYBOM/11394/
    3. My total service period is less than 5 years, so do i need to submit form 15G along with Aadhar based CCF to avoid TDS?

      1. Your PF Settlement will be done by your Trust not by PF office. You only have to send Form 10C (For EPS Settlement) duly attested by your ex-employer.

      Name Change in PF Account

      Name correction process is- Make a joint request (Employer + Employee) for the said change along with a document confirming the change (PAN, Passport etc) duly attested by the employer and the member. The letter from the employer should have company’s letter head. Submit them to the PF office.

    Hello Admins,

    Please help me with below query.

    I have submitted for Online PF transfer request on 24th Oct 2016 and my current employer approved also. After several follow up with my previous employer now I got an update that they have sent PF Cheque along with Annexure K to RPFC Singasandra Bangalore Office.

    But on online portal status still shows pending with previous employer. So what would be next course of action I had to do. Do I need to visit RPFC Bangalore office to complete the process.

    Please help. Let me know in case you need anymore details.

    In UAN Portal my KYC is updated(PAN and Banking details) but aadhar is not linked with UAN number. So which forms do I need to fill for my PF withdrawal.

      You can’t link it now. Submit claim forms for withdrawal. Get attestation from your bank manager.

    On 26th November 2016 we submitted Annexure k and cheque which is received from Ericsson Employee PF trust towards EPF and EPS accumulation settlement of Mr. Abhisek Patra

    Cheque Details:

    Cheque Date : 07 Nov 2016

    We had requested to transfer the EPF & EPS accumulation to current A/C :
    PY/BOM/0046180/000/0002249

    We don’t have any acknowledgement or confirmation of the above request.
    Please let us know if this amount is successfully credited to employees ( Abhisek Patra ) current PF account.Till now this amount is not reflected in my current PF account.

      Where did you submit Annexure-K and cheque?
      Why Form-13 is not submitted to PF Office via proper channel?
      what does your PF Trust has to do with your EPS? How can they give cheque in r/o EPS?

    I have worked at Previous organization from 11 Jan 1999 to 24 Jan 2014 My EPF, EPS a/c numbers were PY/BOM/11394/8502. I have submitted for request for transfer of PF and Pension. .My PF was transferred but looks like my pension service is not transferred.

    Can you please check and provide the procedure for getting my pension service transferred.

    HI,

    Mar 2016 PF amount is missing from UAN(100156481816) and I have asked my current organization(Altisource) they said we paid from our side and
    PF database having issue.But after Mar 2016 all other months PF amount is reflecting in UAN.
    Please update and attached screenshot for reference and UAN helpdesk replied contact your PF field office.

    I have already left India. Now, I want to withdraw the PF and Pension amount. I have got following statements from my previous company. Kindly validate.
    ============
    (1) Please be informed that as per the new PF amendment 68NNNN in the EPF scheme 1952, member will be permitted to withdraw only his/her own contribution including interest but 12% of employer contribution can be withdrawn only after attaining the age of 58 years.

    (2) PF contribution is payable at the age of 58 including the interest thereby. Hence PF account become operative until such time the member has not claimed within a period of three years from the date of corpus is payable. Hence, the account gets inoperative at the age of 61.

    (3) Income tax will be deducted at source (TDS) at the time of withdrawal of accumulated PF balance, where the withdrawal amount is more than or equal to INR30, 000 and the services are for the period less than 5 years
