I am Arghya Bhattacharjee, my previous UAN is 100089177131 and recent UAN is 100897993116.
My previous UAN account is exempted to online claim, so I applied for offline by sending hard copies transfer claim to PF Office in 2018. Name Change in PF Account
Name correction process is- Make a joint request (Employer + Employee) for the said change along with a document confirming the change (PAN, Passport etc) duly attested by the employer and the member. The letter from the employer should have company’s letter head. Submit them to the PF office.

EPF Pension A/C No. (Exempted Pension) No. R-Ex-Pen WB/29601/19374. I have submitted claim document in JUNE 2016. When in March 2017 it was told confirmation from EPFO, Chennai not received regarding a scheme certificate issued by them. Contacted them and received their confirmatory letter with all relevant references of dispatch in Sept. 2016. Same has already been emailed to sro.epfo, park street with all letters attched for further needful. Can you please expedite the Pension settlement,? It is almost a year now since the claim lodged.

I’m Jolly Mukherjee. I worked at Gokhale Memorial Girls’ School till July 31 st, 2015 for 5 yrs 8 months. After I left my school job I made necessary paper work to get my P.F money through my employer. After a long time around March 2016, I was the told by my former employer that in my P.F. account (WB/PRB/19771/224) a wrong name was recorded —i.e. of Rajib Chakraborty. So, they sent you request for necessary correction. Now, that almost one year to be crossed, I have not received any payment of P.F. (as on 13 th July). Can you help me in this regard? When can I expect my payment of P.F.?

have requested for my PF transfer from my old PF account to new PF account on 29th October 2015. I have checked recent update of my PF transfer status in the PF website and it is showing that my old PF balance has been credited to my new PF account number .
While going to checking my total accumulated PF amount as on date in the UAN Member Portal I could not find my credited PF amount which has been transferred from my old PF account and moreso in current PF account number it is only showing my previous PF account number .

You are not the only one here to post query and every query is handled on first come first serve basis manually. So, you have to wait for your query to be answered. Moreover, You are not allowed to open multiple threads and it is mentioned on query box. You just have to click on Check box below Query box and you will be notified of answers via email.

I am sorry too but I can’t help you. You can open multiple grievances there (which you are expert in) and no body will stop you there. Or you can visit PF Office multiple times and no one will stop you there either. Or you can also send any number of RTI…
First of all, This is not what I told you. I just asked that You are not allowed to open multiple threads here and it is mentioned on query box. Haven’t you seen that written even once while posting so many comments?
How can I tell where you have called and why it is not picked up. This service is not centralized yet. Regarding level of service, online and phone services are only to help members but that is not their right. You can write to EPF under RTI or visit PF Office or ask your ex-employer to do so. That’s the rule. No one is bound to answer you on any website or phone. You are right, it’s easy to criticize when EPFO is handling millions of subscribers and few hundreds are thinking that they are being harassed.

You can write like this here whole your life but it’d be of no use to you. Instead of criticizing us, do hat you have been told to do. Also, out of EPF million of subscribers, only few hundreds came here. Out of which more than 70% just wants to know there balance or claim status. Only very few of them have any real complaints and that too because of their employers.. So get your facts right and don’t be judgmental..

They are telling me they did bulk submission through an agent and dont have any acknowledge slip.

I have submitted the forms with my ex employer who says they have submitted the documents to PF office.
Than ask your ex-employer to show acknowledgement.
Can you please share a sample of acknowledge number as they are telling they have hand written receipt from the agent and are not sure what is acknowledge number for me. Also will it take 4 to 6 weeks for amount to reflect in bank account? Because they have submitted the forms in first week on Jan-16. Kindly reply.
Acknowledgement Slip can also be hand written but it should be stamped by PF Office..
