   hello mam,

   My PF no. starts with PU/PUN/31643/EXM ….. when I input this in Enter Member ID tab to check my UAN status it gives me below error.
   “Only digits are allowed in establishment extension ”

   In this case its EXM. which is correct as per my PF no. provided by my employer.
   How do I resolve this issue to check my UAN status.
   Request assistance asap.

      EXM means Exempted which further means your establishment is having their own PF Trust. Kindly contact them. Please check Provident Fund Number in Correct Format..

   Hi Anu/Sonia,

   I want to submit online claim for partial withrdraw for purchasing flat. When I try to open claim menu from online services tab, iI get error that my ADHAAR is not authenticated.
   When I login to UIDAI site, i see all my KYC documents correct.
   My UAN is 100094944069.
   Could you pls check what might be issue with my ADHAAR or online claim submission?

   This is Manoj kumar shrivastava. My UAN no is 100221859424. I am having a problem that my fathers name is not correct in UAN data. Actually it is Shiv Narayan Shrivastava but in UAN data it is showing Kumar.

   So please advice me how to correct it or help me to change it.

    hello mam,
    MY epf account is from hyderabad, wen i am going to update adhar and pad no in UAN KYC, den it shows error, wen i called to hyderabad regional epf office dey told to go to your nearest epf office and update it. is it possible to update the adhar and pan other than regional office and apply for claim.

    Sir/Madam,
    AT present i am working in near RAYAGADA located in ODISHA. I have ten years service here.Now our organisation working under regional provident fund office BERHAMPUR. i am 58 year old employee and i am eligible to get pension from DEC-2016. Before jkservice i have been worked with BILT -UNITBHIGWAN located in pune district Maharashtra(PUNEregion). i have completed 9 years service there.i have with draw entire amount after relieving.Now can i get scheme certificate for previous service to get pension.pl let me know the process to get scheme certificate.

       Scheme Certificate is given in lieu of withdrawal benefits of EPS (Employees pension Scheme) (Known as FPF earlier to 16 Nov 1995: Family Pension Fund). You are saying that uyou have withdrawn entire amount from your previous service. So now you can’t get any benefit of old service in pension. If you had only withdrawn PF and left pension amount, than scheme certificate can be issued..

    My EPF number is MH /PUN/ 122755 / 332. However on site it now only seems to accept numbers beginning with PN/PUN. Can you help me with this ?

       New Combination Code of PF for Maharashtra-Pune is PU/PUN. Old was MH/PUN..

          Yes, but if I try to check balance online on the site – http://epfoservices.in/epfo/member_balance/member_balance.php?officename=UFVORQ==

          with number as PU/PUN/ 122755 / 332 it gives me error as “Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this PU/PUN/0122755/000/0000332”

          Can you please help me find my new account number beginning with PU/PUN corresponding to the old number MH /PUN/ 122755 / 332 ?

             How can we help on this if you don’t know your acc number? That error simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your Name & PF Number doesn’t match in PF office records. PF acc No has never been changed. Only State and Region codes have been changed. Check correct number with your employer..
