I want to inform you and say that all National Rural Health Mission and National Health Mission employees are not getting any type of benefits of provident Fund. this is a big injustice and violation of provident fund act which says that employer should have to give benefits of provident fund if there are more than 20 employees working under them. I want to tell you this also that, there are more than 5,000 people working in various sub programs under the National Health Mission. no provident fund deductions are made from their salary. please give attention to this issue and do the needed.. My querry is regarding the UAN account, What happens to the PF account entry in the UAN once we withdraw amount from an existing PF account??
Does that record gets deleted from that UAN account as the PF account is closed??
If and when you join new company, You have to give that UAN No to your new employer.

You must contact concerned PF Office because no records found in online database for your claim form submission.
Thank you sonia for the quick reply . but the transfer request was processed in 2013. but it didnot get reflected in either 2014 or 2015. also when i check the PF balance online also it wonot include the transfered amount. please let me know what needs to be done from my end.

Since your account is closed, you can not download passbook now. If you think you received less amount than contact concerned EPF Office.

When the claim gets rejected, the forms are returned. How is it possible that you submitted original claim form on 2nd June and than only in 1 day you resubmitted. Also name correction form has to be submitted by your employer not you.

I have couple of queries on PF withdrawal:
1) My PF Acc No on my payslip reflects as MH/PUN/306443/000175, however when I login into UAN member portal, i see the member id as PUPUN03064430000000175. It seems it is segregated based on city. Now the question is, do I need to mention the PF no as the one it reflects in payslip in withdrawal form or the new one from UAN member portal.
2) As per the new rule, there will be tax of 10% from June 1st 2015 if an employee withdraws PF before 5yrs of service.I am withdrawing PF before 5yrs. Is there any change in claiming for withdrawal after June 1st? or it is same as earlier like we have to submit form 19 & 10 C.

I have Submitted the forms 10 days back to my employer. And I haven’t received any Ack slip.
Any idea how much time it usually takes to settle the claim after the form received by PF authorities?
First get them submitted.
I just checked with the employer, they have submitted the forms on 23rd july 2015.
And they have misplaced acknowledgement slip.
Is there any way to track the status without the ACK slip and providing other details?
