My mother expired 20 days back. She is a family pensioner from Rajahmundry APSRTC employee fund. What is the procedure to stop the pension credit to her bank account.

my PPO number : GR/RJY/00046511
my pension SBI bank account number: 30055560624
I am not getting my pension since last march 2017
I transferred my state bank account number : 30055560624 to Nellore. (my native place) last January 2017.
The related pension papers set with Kakinada SBI bank is submitted to Rajahmundry on 22 December 2017 which are supposed to be sent to Cuddapah pension office. since then I have been waiting for intimating letter from Rajahmundry pension office stating outward number etc, to follow further at Cuddapah pension office.
Hence I am requesting you kindly looking into this matter and help arrangeto solve this pension problem
as early as possible.

Today on 17/11/2015 EPFO KNOW YOUR CLAIM STATUS IS SHOWING AS “My Claim Form 10D for Pension for Member Account No.DLCPM00040700000107081 has been received on 12.10.2015 is under process. Claim ID: DLCPM150400003606. & DLCPM151000008860”. On Inquiry I am orally informed by RPFC DELHI NORTH OFFICE that they have forwarded the claim to RPFC, RAJAHMUNDRY and I will receive my EPS Pension to my Andhra Bank Account , Prakashnagar , Rajahmundry.
But till today I did not receive any communication from your Office.
Grateful to confirm the status.
