      Here is a Provident Fund Number Format in Correct Way:

      XX/XXX/12345/7654321
      XX – Represents State in which PF office is located
      XXX – Represents Region of the State
      12345 – Establishment Code
      XX1 – Extension (If Any)
      7654321 – Account Number

      Detailed Explanation:
      XX- 2 Alphabets represents the state in which your PF Office is located.
      XXX – These 3 Alphabets represents region of the state.
      12345 – The next characters enclosed between two slashes ( /12345/) is establishment code.
      XX1 – Extension in Numeric / Alphabets / Alphanumeric – Maximum 3 Characters
      1234567- The last set of number is account number of an employee

      Example for Correct PF Number Format:
      TN/MAS/0031310/000/0000069
      Here TN stands for State Tamil Nadu
      MAS stands for Region Chennai
      003310 stands for Establishment M/s HOTEL PARAMOUNT
      000 is Extension which is not applicable in this case
      0000069 is account number of an individual employee of M/s Hotel Paramount

    Today I received Some amount towards my epf claim but I dont think, it is including Pension amount also as I had known, ER contribution is 3.33 % only in this and rest 8.67 % is available in Pension fund, So will it be disbursed again seperately, while claiming I had submitted both the forms, 19 and 10 c

                  Trace & track your Old & Inoperative EPF account using EPF India’s Inoperative Account Help Desk and Click on ‘first-time user’ and proceed. It is a self-explanatory process.
