PF Form 10-D Download – Pension Form 10-D (as the name suggests) is used for getting pension either by the first claimant i.e. self-member or his/her widow/widower or orphan or by the nominee; as the case may be. In case the nominee is filing for pension, a valid Form-2 (Nomination Form) is required.
Download Provident Fund Form 20 – In the case of death of member, Form 20 is submitted by the nominee / family members to claim the member’s Provident Fund accumulations. A valid Death Certificate, Form-2, Birth Certificates of children are mandatory along with Form-20.
Download EPF Withdrawal Forms 31 – F-31 is known as Advance Form and is used for taking Loans, advances or withdrawals from your Provident Fund Account for various reasons like marriage, house building and or any medical problem etc. A Declaration is also submitted along with F-31. Download Form- 31 Declaration.
Download Life Certificate Form or Non Re-Marriage Certificate Form – This simple certificate is a declaration which is mandatory to be submitted by every pensioner in the month of November each year to the bank or to the concerned RPFC Office for an assurance that you are alive and or you have not remarriage.
Download PF Form 5(I.F.) – This form is submitted by the nominee of the deceased member to be eligible to apply for the EPF dues of the deceased member who died while in service.
Advance Stamped Receipt Form (ASR) is usually used for claiming returned cheques issued from EPF India from your PF A/c for various reasons.

I want to withdraw PF amounts from last 2 companies where I worked.
1) Do I need to fill both form 19 & 10c or only 19 is enough?
2) Since I am in Bangalore & revenue stamps are not available in post offices here, will the form be accepted without a revenue stamp?
3) Once form is filled & revenue stamp attached/not attached(as per your advice), I need to get some signature & seal from my previous work organisations & then post those forms to PF office.

I’m working in a company in Bangalore whose India Head Office is at Gurgaon. I had submitted form 31 for PF advance for purchase of plot. I had submitted EC (From 1969 to till date) and Sale Agreement along with PF Form 31.
Now the payroll team in gurgaon is saying that they cannot accept PF Form 31 as I have submitted EC (From 1969 to till date) and Sale Agreement along in KANNADA language. They are saying PF office won’t be able to understand it and hence forth will not proccess my Form 31.
Kindly advice and let me know if above thing is correct.

No, you can’t withdraw online. You have to submit relevant claim forms to concerned PF Office after getting them attested by your ex-employer. No tax deduction after 5 years of service. You have to wait for 2 months after leaving service if you are below age of 50.
