Which two nomination forms are you talking about? Once you submit Fresh Form 2, your old one gets null & void. In future please write either in proper English or Hindi otherwise you will not be responded..

Actually when I joining this time I unfortunately do not signed one position of EPF opening form but EPF office accepted of my form so that mins my signature r not available to EPF office. So when I clim for withdrawal EPF money so EPF office how to varify of my signature so plz tell me I how to solve my problem if I resubmited same form so my problem can be solved
Why don’t you ask your ex-employer to attest your signature on claim forms along with Form-2 and than submit al the documents to PF Office.

But madam apne likha he you must have signed your EPF account form a long time ago and there are chances that now your signatures doesn’t match in that case you have provide an Affidavit for verification of signature and this Affidavit should be verified by employer too do madam apne bola basically employee signature employer varify karta he me confused ho gaia
Where did I said anything like that? You are confusing yourself. Why don’t you simply submit forms with attestation for employer as I told you above?
