I have switched to new job in Mar 2021. Previous organization have two accounts 1st :APKKP00591280000000084
2nd: APKKP13369740000010039
Now I am have transferred the 2nd Account to Present account in Feb2022.
But the Previous employer is telling that you should first transfer 1st Account of the Previous Organization to 2nd account of Previous organization, which is not possible as during the transfer request it is only showing the Present employer name.
Please suggest me what to do in this case.Do I have any alternative for this problem.

I have UAN account 100097855351and recently raised my PF transfer from Previous Employer to Present Employer, same have been approve by my previous employer and afterwards received the SMS on 4th Oct’16 that check have been sent to present PF account AP/HYD/72869/353 PF office, Hyderabad.
After transfer almost a month have been passed and still I unable to get the confirmation of transfer or reflecting the amount in my PF account.
Please share the balance details and statement of past one year if possible.

I have tried to raise the grievance through Andoride app is always getting message time out and same time screen letters in Mobile App very small…taking lots of time to understand and fill it.
I have tried to add my present Account id AP/HYD/0072869/0000353 in UAN 100097855351 its showing name and organisation name correct but Joining date is N/A. I feel because of that reason not showing present contribution.
Please check and do the needful.

My name is Velmurugan Govindaraj and my current PF no is APHYD00240070000007782 which is basically not linked to my UAN – 100503326394 as I have recently moved to a new office.
Due to some issues (DOB not matching with previous employer’s data), my current employer was not able to link my current PF to the UAN. When I enquired about this to my previous employer, they requested me to make a claim transfer to my current PF which would solve the issue.
Accordingly, I have transferred my old accounts to my current account. When I check the status of the transfer claim, it says both of my old accounts have made the transfer completely and settled in my current account. But, when I am trying to check my PF balance online, I get blank details. Also, when I check my UAN account online, I dont find my current PF number being updated. It still shows only my old accounts.

Please let me know about my next steps so that I see my account being settled in my current PF number and the UAN is linked to it as well.

You may contact UAN Help desk at toll free no. 1800118005 from 09:15 AM to 05:45 PM on all seven days for any query relating to UAN / KYC Services. The helpdesk will not be operational on Gazetted Holidays.

Hi Anu, I have been patiently trying to contact the UAN Helpdesk for these many days and am really feeling helpless. Not even a single time, the call has been picked up and am hearing only the busy tones and busy messages.
I am not certain about the balance in my current account as yet. My UAN account still does not show my current account nor am able to check my current balance.
Please direct me in some other way possible. I am still hopeful that something would be there for a solution!
