    Hi Anu,
    My PF account no is TN/MAS/0083598/000/0000017.I had resigned from my previous employer 7 months back i.e september’2014 & I have submitted the claim forms for the same to my employer after a period of 3 months from the date of resign.
    On tracking the same I learnt that the employer has not credited the pf amount for about an year (whole of the year 2014) though deductions were done & shown in the payslips provided to me and hence my claim form has not been moved by the employer to PF office.
    Kindly guide me how could I tackle this issue in getting my PF account updated by the employer also getting the reimbursement of the same at the earliest as the response from the employer is feeble!

          You have to give written complaint against your employer. And this investigation can take some time. Only concerned RPFC can let you know exact time frame.

            Hi again, In subsequent to the earlier threads..I would like to inform that I had initiated the steps as below during the time period since last quoted.
            I Registered an online grievance for which I received the statement as below:
            “From: gms@epfindia.gov.in Sat, 22 Aug ’15 2:12pTo: You
            Dear Sir/Madam,This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number RCHEN/E/2015/07934.It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):It is informed that the claim forms in respect of the above member has not been received by this office till date. Letter has to sent to compliance section to make remittances by the employer and forward the claims to this office for necessary action.Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.”

            Also 1) Wrote a written complaint to RPFC for which i received no reply as on date.2) Dropped an email to ro.chennai@epfindia.gov.in and cvo@epfindia.gov.in again to which there has been no replies.
            But Alas!! all my attempts have gone in vain and I have’nt been able to get the pf remitted by the employer yet!
            It would rather be appreciable if u could guide me in having the issue sorted up at the earliest since the employer too has stopped responding to my queries.

              You can submit claim forms directly attested by your banker. Attach a written application about what is your complaint. Visit concerned office and submit them and meet concern authorities and let them know your concern. Actually they are the only right person to help you.

      I think your are talking about Pension not PF. You have to submit Life Certificate annually in November in Bank or concerned PF Office to continue withdraw pension.

              This is the most common problem of member after knowing their balance. Just to tell you that these amounts doesn’t include EPS amount. If you are not satisfied than please visit concerned PF Office.
