    Could someone let me know the exact reason on why the claim was Rejected and what further steps to be taken to complete my Transfer Claim. Its been more than 6 months and there is still no progress.

        Hi, I got Acknowledgement Slip from my previous employer where I could see that date of the stamp was on 30th of November.2015. Thereafter I have not received any SMS from EPFO Chennai or I can find ant status message in the online portal. It still shows No records found in online database for your claim form submission. My old PF number is TN/MAS/31309/195623. Therefore I have raised a Grievance today and waiting for there reply. I called them today and the person told due to recent rain/flood there is interruption in work which may cause delay. Is there any chance my forms get mispaced though I have Acknowledgement Slip. How much time it takes to get the confirmation SMS once I receive the Acknowledgement Slip. kindly request you to please reply on this what to do next.

          Nothing to do now. Just relax and wait when you got acknowledgement already. It takes upto 7 days to show claim status in online database and up to 30 days for settlement. But no one can control rain and it can cause some delay.

            I got a reply of my earlier raised grievience today. As per them It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):
            It is informed that the member Claim forms in F/19 & F/10C (settlement claims) were not received by the Establishment till date by this office. Hence member may advised to contact Employer to submit the same to this office duly attested by the Employer along with cancelled cheque leaf. And also submit F/15G (2 copies) and PAN card copy(if applicable) to avoid TDS as per New IT Act.

            I have attached my Acknowledgement Slip raising the Grievience on their portal. Could you please let me know what to do next now.

                Hi Sonia,

                I have raised RTI for this on 8th of December,2015. I got contact details for CPIO(Chennai) to whom after contacting saying the same thing that they have not received the forms. They are not going to see if I have the Acknowledgement Slip with me or not. They are simple saying one line comment and asking me to check with my earlier organisation. It means either they are dumb or they are afraid to accpet that my papers got misplaced.

                Please suggest whether I will go for next level of action or wait for the Official reply from RTI.

        I wanted to check the status of my PF withdrawal. My MRN number is MRNOI00-22176-000000-6123. Please note: I had applied once earlier as well and it got rejected then because I did not fill form 19. I have tried to fill each and everything this time around and still worried. Will I get ever? I applied on Nov.24-2015 recently and would greatly appreciate if someone could help me know the status. When I check online it showed 4 particulars which made me confuse. Is it showing my earlier reactions or it has been rejected again.
