Hi Team,
I filed online application for PF transfer in the month of October, Claim got approved from both current and previous organization in October Only but still the transfer status appearing over EPFO Member Portal is like “Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.”
My previous organization was Sapient , and it has its’ own PF trust. I send an email to Finance team over there for status and they sent me back the annexure K and Cheque No.(517858) issued by them.
I had logged a EPF Grievance around this and got following reply from Gurgaon EPFO office:-
“It is to inform you that no such transfer show for A/c GNGGN000325000675 till date in this office system. When will it received it will settled soon under intimation to you.”
Please have a look over this issue and provide your feedback around the same.

This (HR/GGN/27279/135) is my old PF Account Number for Employer Newtimes Development Ltd. and was created when I joined the company in May 2011. My PF amount from older company ITC Ltd. was transferred to this account. PF Account for ITC Ltd was WB/5002/16292.
Newtimes Development Ltd. changed name in August 2011 and I was subsequently issued a new PF Number HR/GGN/31959/42.
I left the service in 2014 and withdrew the amount from account HR/GGN/31959/42.
This is when I realised that the amount from older company (ITC Ltd.) was not transferred from HR/GGN/27279/135 to HR/GGN/31959/42.
Correspondence with ITC suggests that they have transferred the amount from WB/5002/16292 to HR/GGN/27279/135.
Can you help me with the process to withdraw the amount from HR/GGN/27279/135.

Hello, after follow up with my ex-employer, it is discovered that the old PF ac number which was shared with me is incorrect. The correct PF no. is HR/GGN/27279/136.
I have recently registered UAN and also written the case to the helpdesk. the case has been closed with comment ” Your reference is being forwarded to your concerned PF office.”
I have also furnished KYC details which are pending verification.

2) As of now i left 3 companies so need to link those PF No with my UAN .. Will it be done on my side or Employer Side ?

2. No need to link companies for which you taken withdrawal.
3. Automatically transferred if all epmloyers done their work correctly. And you mention your UAN No to your new employee timely.

Where did you get Annexure-K from? Is your previous employer having PF Trust? Please be clear. No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

I am trying to fill my PF withdrawal through portal memberclaims.epfoservices.in. The portal says it will take less time to transfer the funds if attestation is done by previous employer. However, my previous employer will not cooperate and hence I am forced to go with attestation of my current employer. You can’t withdraw online, only transfer is possible.

Yes it is illegal have two UAN no. but its not my fault, its both the employers fault, they created my UAN no.
