      No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

    Hi Anu, I have submitted my PF withdrawal application in Gurgaon sec 44 office on 22Jul 2016. I got a msg on 5th August that date of joining and relieving not matching with records. So on the same day i went to my office and got an application sighned with correct dates from Senior Office Manager who is HR head as well. and submitted that application to pf office. But till now i have not recd any amount. Can you pls help me out. My details are as below.

      EPS is also transferred simultaneously with EPF but it takes time for it to be shown online..

        I want to get my Date of Birth update. Currently it is wrong. I’ve already submitted employer endorsed application at Gurgaon PF Office (on May 25, 2016). Made online requests also.

        Nothing has worked out.

    When contacted with the current PF Office( Bangalore), they confirmed that they havent recieved any kind of cheque, so far. They are asking the amount that has been intiaed for transfer from Gurgoan EPF office for the same/What is the problem in transfer ?

      Submit relevant Claim Forms duly attested by your ex-employer. No need for attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card.

    Myself Deepak kumar. My previous organization is sapient and they have there own PF trust. I left sapient on 14th August 2015. I had requested for PF transfer from my existing sapient based PF account to my new organization xchanging based PF account. It was approved by both previous employer and new employer and i recently received message that my transfer has been rejected and letter under dispatch. I am not able to trace the reason behind this and where the actually this letter would dispatch.
    Can you please let me update with the current status of my PF transfer.
