Hi Mam, I am already receiving my pension from last 2 years against my old PF tenure from 1996 to 2012. My PF account number was changed after 2012 as the company name / ownership was changed. After February-2013 to July-2017, my PF was deposited in my new PF account number-GN / GGN / 0032396/000/0000021. ( S. G. Industries )

I have requested HCL team for PF and pension transfer from my previous organization (HCL Technologies Ltd. PF No: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/133215 and Pension No: RPFC-HR/5572/074735) to new organization (Cognizant Technology Solutions). PF was transferred successfully.
For pension transfer, HCL team had mentioned that RPFC Gurgaon is managing it. Please guide me with the process to transfer the pension to the new organization account.

Hi Team,
I applied for PF and Pension withdrawal from HCL Technologies LTD. My PF number is GN/GGN/005572/0000336790 and Pension number is GN/GGN/005572/323665. My UAN numer is 100859619895.
I applied directly at HCL PF portal as they are running their TRUST not through EPFO. They disbursed the PF amount, but they hold my Pension amount and said RPFC gurgaon manage it.
Why they hold it at their end, i don’t request for any PF transfer. Even if this is right, how can I get my pension amount from them. I don’t know how to contact them.

Myself Muneer Ahmed and my UAN number is 1009796260557 and I worked in Isolux Corsan Ingeneria, which is situated in Splendour tower, golf course extnsn road, gurgaon. I worked there from 1st september 2016 to 3rd August 2017 and PF amount was getting deducted from my salary each month of my service but my PF passbook is showing submission for 4 months only.
they employer is not listening to our complains and even vide Registration number HRGGN/E/2017/06222 PF grevience cell confirmed that this is the only amount which they submitted in my account and told me to resolve this issue by talking to my employer.
What should I do as no one is listening to my complaint.
If you have mentioned correct PF Number here, that means your establishment is having their own PF Trust. Submit a written complaint about this in concerned PF Office..

I have a different issue. My old pf account(HR/GNGGN10593040000085 ) balance has been credited to my new NIIT Technologies trust pf account(DSNHP/33691/00E ). But there is a problem due to Annexure-K.
Gurgaon PF department is not providing Annexure-K to new Niit Technologies trust pf account. Because of that transferred amount is not accessible by me. Even I can’t see that into my new account.
So please let me know that how can me or my employer can get Annexure-K from Gurgaon PF office.

Hello,
First of all, as a consumer you are absolutely free to go to consumer court. But against whom? Because, are you sure your claims forms have been submitted to PF office? Do you have any Acknowledgement Slip?
secondly, the Number you are telling isn’t a PF No. its better to check your facts first with your ex-employer. And one more thing, you can go to Labour Court against your Ex-employer.
