    My EPS closure claim in Bangalore-Bommasandra Office was rejected with the following information.

    Your previous EPS service details (annexure k ) is not received in this office till date(before infosys service ie.,2005 to 2008 service).

    2005 to 2008 : I worked for Satyam computers. My PF account number : AP/23034/29176

    2008 to 2014 : I worked for Infosys computers PF No : POM/10088/100204 : UAN : 100249339894

    Please generate the Annexure K and sent it to the Bangalore-Bommasandra for the period 2005 to 2008 and send the copy to my mail as well.

    I have applied for PF-Withdrawal 1 month ago and today when i check the status , it says the claim has been rejected.

    Moreover I didn’t get any rejection letter so far.

    I also have the acknowledgment slip.

      No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

    What is the next step after you see your online transfer claim has been approved by both present and previous employer, but you did not see the actual transfer taken place?

        After the approval of my online transfer claim my passbook is still not updated with the contribution from my current employer. Whether the online passbook available from exempt employer, my current employer comes under exempt category.

        They said that the HR person having details of digital signature left the job without transfer, hence they dont have access to it. Please suggest that now if there would be any role of previous employer in case I submit F-13 with my present employer.

      I don’t think KCHAKRADHAR can be a name. However, Rejection Reasons are not available in online database. You have to contact concern EPF Office.

    Earlier I have worked in a chennai based organisation branch in Hyd..my PF no.TN/19822/156, they have given me a scheme certificate TN/MAS/25865 under employees pension scheme 1995. The same, slip of my mind and I have not submitted the original to my present employer still with me. Please advice me how to go about it. Now, I have AP EPF with present employer.

      No issue in that. Keep our Scheme Certificate safe and you can surrender the same when you leave this organisation. Or Get your UAN Number Registered via this Android App and keep all your PF A/cs at one UAN number!

      You have to visit concerned PF Office asap for this. There are almost 120 offices of EPFO in India. Without your PF Number how can I tell you contact details of your concerned office. It is written in comment box to mention your mobile number, name and PF Number. Than also members made such a mistake.

            Could you please share the helpdesk / phone contact details and email address of regional provident fund commissioner HYD so that we can get rejection letter.
