   joined RMIL-11August 2022
   Retired on 09August 2015
   Rejoined the same co on 13August 2015
   Finally retired on March 2020
   In this reg I put grievances MHKND/E:2021/09758
   On 5thApril 21
   I got the reply that clarification letter duly signed by company to be submitted stating that the extension was given and PF contribution was continued after August 2015 in the previous PF number
   Which was submitted on April 20 , 2021 by mail and hard copy was sent through speed ost on 5 Th May 2021
   In spite of this PF office had deducted 10% tds

   Hi Anu,

   My name is Naresh kumar reddy Mule. I was holding PF account # MH/91819/4120 from Nov-13 to May-15 with Kandivali office. I have not withdrawn the pf amount when I moved to another company.

   When I am trying to transfer the amount to my current account it is saying “Details of the previous account are different than present account. Hence claim request cannot be processed”.

   Can you please check and let me know what needs to be done to transfer the amount to my new account

   my account no is MH/BAN/49598/26297. I received cheque “892425” of SBI bank for my pension in February 2010 from Assistant PF Commissioner, Regional Office, Mumbai-1 and address was mentioned 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E), Mumbai-51. The account no mentioned on the cheque was closed. Closure notice along with new bank account details and original cheque with ARC form was sent to Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan 3 to 4 times by me and my employer ICICI Pru with sign and stamped. But i have not received my pension amount yet. Could you please help or advice.

   Now i am trying to register the to activate UAN details are showing incorrect.
   Also company name was change from sparsh to intelenet and now its a Teleperformance.
   I check the establishment ID is KDMAL0094725000 i try with this still showing details doe snot match.

    As requesting that I have mark Grievance regarding update of Date Of Joining in my Epf & Eps no but updation not done till time.Sir as all of you aware that situation is to critical due to lockdown and required fund on urgent basis and unable to process claim form due to non updation of Date Of Joining so request you please do the needful update Date Of Joining in EPF & EPS No. Details and required Appointment Letter received from Future Value Retail Ltd is attached for reference.

       No one can do anything if claims forms are not submitted. Ask your employer first..

       No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

       PF does not releases in installment. If you are taking about getting 2 amounts from Form 19 & Form 10C than you would get that also soon.
