              Visit PF Office and clear the things there.. It may happen some times that your cheque gets returned due to any incorrect details. In that case you have to submit Form-ASR..

      No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

    I submitted Form to transfer my PF in my current employer on January 2015 .

    The PF is still not transferred yet.When I followed up with them , I was being informed that the request has been sent to “RPFC Kandivali Mumbai”

    Could you please tell me next step of action as it has been 2 years and PF is still not transferred yet.

      UAN No is Mandatory Now! You should download this Android App EPF Balance UAN e-Sewa and get your UAN Registered and avail all facilities like Downloading EPF e-Passbook or and up to date PF Balance Check or Online PF Transfer…

          Your employer will verify your UAN KYC Documents and after that you can transfer your PF Online. Otherwise fill in Form-13 and get it attested by curent employer and submit it to PF Office Gurgaon..

    I sent request for Re-authorization of returned cheque in 2013 and also by Register AD on 19th March 2015 to The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Kandivali. Original cheque came in favour of old bank mentioned account no which was closed by previous employer so sent request but no response found till the date. kindly advise what to do.

        Thanks Soniaji. My cheque was having closed account no so bank returned cheque to me and i returned cheque, bank statement of closure of account, new account details on bank’s letter head along with Re-authorization form and request letter to Regional PF Commissioner 3 times.
        I downloaded ASR form as suggested by you, kindly advise to whom to sent this form. My PF no. 548651
        Returned cheque no.892425 Dated 26.02.2010
        Please guide.

          Returned cheques are not re-authorized. Form ASR is just like normal claim forms used to issuance of new cheque in lieu of returned one. ASR also has to be attested by employer and submit to concerned PF Office..

                    I am not aware about concerned PF office as i am not able to track my PF no.548651. Previously i sent application and requests to Assistant PF Commissioner, 341, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E), Mumbai-51. This address was mentioned in cheque. However, same cheque also mentioned Regional Office, Mumbai-1. Kindly guide in which office my account is mapped. In salary slip of ICICI prudential, only PF no is mentioned, not anything else. Cheque received in feb 2010.

                      Send where you sent previously. Better is to confirm it with your ex-employer because Offices has been changed and shifted in these so many years. And PF No 548651 is incomplete. Rather it is not even a PF No. So, I can’t help on it..

                      Check Provident Fund Number in Correct Format..

                      You also need to Form ASR to be attested like claim forms. Also, attach whatever documents you have of previously returned cheque..

                      I sent form 10-C pension duly signed and stamped by my employer ICICI Prudential in November 2017 along with returned cheque copy of EPFO, Bandra(e), mumbai of SBI Bank (cheque no.26/02/2010) and new bank account details with bank sign and stamp. But i have not received my pension money till the date. original cheque was issued with account no which was closed in 2010, thus cheque was returned. My code no is MH/BAN/49598/26297
                      Please help, i sent all the form 3 times along with advance stamped receipt.

    My PF transfer claim from Kandivai to Pune has been approved by all (exsting employer, earlier employer and PF office) and the status is showing as “Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office” since November 2015. Its almost 3 months now. Kindly advise if I need to continue waiting or need to do any additional follow up. many thanks – Vivek

            My transfer claim has not moved ahead and still shows “Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office”since October 2015. Could this please be looked into.
            I also downloaded the Grievance APP on my smartphone, however there is no option to select Kandivili PF office option in the APP. Please advise , I really need your help to move ahead on this.

                Hi Anu,
                I`m not sure what kind of response this is. I`m in a helpless situation here and a big chunk of my hard earned money is stuck in the PF transfer between the PF offices. For no reason I`m being made to run from Pillar to Post and despite all the details provided, my money is not getting transferred. Over and above that no one is even telling me why it is stuck. In this digital age where information is available at the finger tips, not sure why the PF office is making my life miserable and agonising.
                Very dissapointed with the complete apathy being shown here. Its like ‘we don’t care’ attitude. Feeling just miserable and helpless.

                  Try an understand that PF Office is still not 100% computerized and centralized. The phase is still going on. So still not everything can be done online. EPFO has millions of members and out of which few hundreds faces problems. Few years back, for every query you have to visit concerned PF Branch. I have given you few options to resolve matter online if you don’t want to visit PF Office in person..

    I had applied for online transfer of PF and selected “Previous Employer” to send my PF transfer form. But after taking print out of my form I found a mistake in Bank Account No so I did not send the form and requested my Previous Employer to reject my transfer so that I can start a new transfer request. It has been 4 months now and my Previous Employer has not rejected my claim even after calling up almost every week and I am not able to start new transfer also. What should I do in this case. Should I visit the EPF office (Kandivali) and complain about my previous employer or is there anything else I can do ?

    As per online status, transfer amount is not received. It is requested to
    submit copy of Annexure K or any documentary proof so that necessary action be taken.”
    When Checked online transfer status ,it says

    “Your request is in Transit between EPFO Out and in office ” .This is the
    status that iam seeing effective Mar 2014 .
    In addition to this ,i have also received an SMS on 30th Jun 2014 stating

    Hi – I Am Having Tough Time In Getting My PF Transferred From Delhi South RPFC To Kandivali RPFC. I Have Raised Multiple Grievances. All I Get Answers From Them Is There Is No Issue From Each Of These RPFCs. I Had Raised My PF Transfer In September 2014 And Have Been Following Up Regularly. The Delhi RPFC Has Provided Me With Annexure K As A Proof For Initiating The Transfer. I Received An SMS Also Regarding The Settlement Of The PF Amount. So When I Asked The Kandivali RPFC, They Are Telling That The Delhi RPFC Has Not Uploaded Transfer In Text File (I Am Assuming Some File Needs To Be Uploaded To Confirm The Transfer) And When I Contact Delhi RPFC They Are Telling That They Have Uploaded The Text File. I Have Asked Them To Give The Proof Of Upload, They Sent Me Annexure K. So I Am Not Able To Understand What Should I Do.

    Please Suggest. If Anyone Knows People Who Give PF Services, Please Connect Them With Me.

    On 4th November 2015 i received an sms stating that Member ID KDMAL00940570000000121-147 PF claim ID MAL151000007365 settled Sent to Account.

    &

    Member ID KDMAL00940570000000121-147 Pension WB claim ID MAL151000007374 settled Sent to account.

    But I did’nt received any PF amount to my bank account.

    Hello,
    I`m Vivek Vasudevan from Pune. I have moved to Bank of New York Pune and have initiated PF Balance Transfer Claim from ex employer JP Morgan through the Online Portal (in May 2015). The Claim form has been approved by both current employer and previous employer.

    However the Claim form has been rejected by RO Kandivali stating Rejection letter is under dispatch. Its been 3 months now and I have not got the rejection letter to understand the reason for rejection.

    The oNline status shows Reason for rejection is not available the database and I need to contact RO Kandivali for more details. I have been trying to call the various numbers available on the internet but no one is picking up the same.

    Previous PF account Number is KDMAL009268100E0015735 and new PF account is PUPUN01231720000008585.

    Please help. Thanks.

      There is no way you can find the reason online. You have to contact RO Kandivali or raise an online grievance.

            I really need your help here Soniaji, I`m going mad by the service and response provided to the grievance ticket raised by me. SROKN/E/2015/03685
            IT IS TO INFORM THAT FORM NO 13 IS REJECTED FOR THE REASON DATE OF JOINING IS DIFFER TRANSFER RECEIVED FROM MH/99955/886 AND EPS SERVICE IS 01-09-2006 TO 15-04-2008.
            The above 01-09-2006 pertains to 2 organisations earlier than the present one. This joining date above is of DB Operations International wherein my last date was 15.04.2008.
            After this I joined JP Morgan from 16.04.2008 to 13.03.2015 and my PF transfer was also completed.
            Now I have moved to BNY Mellon on 16.03.2015 and I have requested for transfer from JP Morgan (last date 13.03.2015) to BnyMellon (joining date 16.03.2015). I dont understand why the joining dates are being confused and Transfer claim is being rejected. Its been 5 months now and my money is stuck for no reason.
            This is very very poor service. Pls help me. I called the helpline number as well – either it is not working . and once when I finally got through, the person nethier helped me with a resolution nor transferred me to speak to the Officer Ram Anand.

              Dear Vivek, this can be done over telephone because PF Office is not fully computerized. So better option is to file transfer again and open grievance again with this explanation. Best way is to visit PF Office.

                Hello Soniaji,
                This is such a simple task and not sure why it is sounding so complicated and where is the need for computerisation here.
                I have fillled the Transfer claim form with correct dates and sent to my current employer who has approved the same and sent to my previous employer who has also approved the same and sent to PF office. Now if the PF office has made an error in reading the dates in the form , what can me, my existing employer or previous employer do ? This is an error that has to be rectified by the PF office. Just pick up the form and re-look at the same. Its that easy.
                Such a simple matter is being over complicated unnecessarily. Today when I spoke to the Helpline number I`m told to get a new letter from my earlier organisation and being asked to come to PF office. I’m based outside of Mumbai and will need to travel to Mumbai and secondly why will my earlier organisation issue a new letter when they have approved the form that has the right dates mentioned. This is the heights of poor service and making life miserable for us. Sorry to say!

      Yes Employer Portion is less because his major contribution goes to Pension.

      Regarding your query, EPS’ 95 (Pension Fund) does not accumulate any interest and hence no amount is shown. If your total service is less than 10 years and you decide to withdraw EPS 95 Funds than you will get a lump-sum payment that is calculated on your last salary drawn and total length of service. If you are eligible for monthly pension than also deciding factors are total length of service before and after 16.11.95 and salary drawn in last 12 months.

      Similarly, when you opt or transfer than EPF & EPS are transferred simultaneously. You don’t have to worry about if your EPS (Pension) is transferred or not. If your PF is transferred correctly than your EPS is automatically mapped. In EPS there is only total service tenure and last drawn salary data is sent (No Payment). Hope it clears..

        I Have Submitted to the HR Vandana Singha at Serco Thane Office and She Have Submitted to Malad Office PF Department but While i have spoke with the PF Department in Malad they are Saying Now PF Office Kandivali is not Recieving Forms from the Company.

        Is it the Kandivali Office has not recieving the Forms From the Companies. I have Been Waiting From Last 6 Months. Kindly Look into the Matter and Please Resolve It.
