1- As per the new rules, can i not withdraw employer share after 1st May?
2- I have left my company in September 2014 and I moved outside India. Will I get the interest for the period Sep. 2014 till now?
3- My salary account is dormant now. Is it enough to mention another account on form 19 to get PF money in another account?
4-Do I need my previous employer’s signature on form 10c?
5- Can I submit form 19 and 10c for PF and pension withdrawl to PF office in my home state Uttrakhand or do I need to come NOIDA?
Please reply asap as I am coming to India next monday and may stay in NOIDA for 1 or 2 days if required.

First you will fill new declaration Form no 2 and get it attested by your Employer. Support it with your right name’s document like Voter ID / Passport / Aadhaar Card. Submit a written application with these documents to concerned RPFC. Also, personally followup with the change with the PF office .

No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office. Where did you submit them? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

Hi, More than a year back I registered to EPFO member portal to check on my account / Passbook details and I get to know the amount for the duration of April/2010 to March/2011 (except May/2010 and June/2010) was never deposited to my account. I reached out to PF office Noida and they suggested me to get the proof from the Employer that they have deposited the money, it took some time but I submitted the proof to the office but after several months when I got no response from them I filed the Grievance regarding the same and I got below response just after few days.
“This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number SRNOI/E/2015/01067.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
With reference to your grievance it is informed that as per available records this office is in receipt of contributions for the months of May and June 2010 during 2010/2011. For rest of the period this office is seeking a clarification from your employer and necessary updation will be made thereafter”
its been more than 5 months after this response and no amount reflecting to my passbook against the given period.

My name is Jigyasa Agarwal and have worked in Nile Technologies, Noida from 9 Sept 2011 to 31 July 2013. My PF account number in Nile was: MR/NOI/0055876/000/0000003.
Nile Technologies was a startup so initially PF account was not created (although PF was being deducted from our salary each month) but it was created for me in April 2012. There have been PF deductions from my salary continuously through-out my service tenure at Nile (from Dec 2011 to July 2013). However when I check my PF passbook online, it shows only two transactions for May 2012 and June 2012. It appears that Nile Technologies has not submitted rest of the amount to my PF account even after I have left the job.
I have been calling Nile Office and sending emails repeatedly since August 2013 but there has not been any update from their side till now.
I registered PF grievance Online in EPFiGMS and its Registration number is SRNOI/E/2015/01260. I filed an RTI to check whether the PF amount is submitted to PF office or not, here is the RTI number: EPFOG/R/2015/62430.
Service certificate clearly states that I worked with Nile Technologies from 9th Sept 2011 to July 2013 and my salary slips clearly show the PF amount deduction during my whole tenure.
Kindly help me to get my hard earned money back from Nile Technologies.
I have raised this issue sometime back (through email and also by sending papers) as well with Noida PF Office, but didnt get any response from them till now. Kindly help me and show me the way forward.
What reply did you get for RTI? However, this type of problems can take time to resolve. You can visit personally to Noida Office or your ex-employer..

My date of birth on Passbook is 6 Feb 1999 but my original DOB is 6 Feb 1989. I have submitted application for Change of DOB with my company’s joint declaration on 15 Sept 2015 at Noida office. Around 20 days back i called Noida office and told them that my DOB is not updated yet but they told me that my request has been approved and my passbook should be showing my updated DOB. They told me to wait for some time because it might take some time for passbook to get updated.
Now even after so many days my passbook is still showing my wrong DOB. I left my company on 12 Oct 2015 and now i want to refund my PF amount which is only possible if my DOB is corrected in my PF account.
Please update me on this issue ASAP.

I have no idea why my grievance has been closed. I have already submitted a correction letter on employer letter head along with a valid id proof. I attached a PDF file while submitting this grievance in which the photocopy of the letter is attached and my id proof as well.

Yes you have to submit printed cancelled cheque and also copy of Pan Card with Form 15G. You have to submit withdrawals forms physically in original.
