I have retired from the PSU BHEL Haridwar in 2010 and get my pension under EPS-95 scheme which is creditted in SBI Ranipur Haridwar. On 8th Dec’2016, I got the digital life certificate from Citizens Service Centre Noida as I reside at Noida. But after 6 days I received a SMS intimating that my digital certificate is rejected as neither PPO nor account matches with their database. But I have mentioned correct information as given in my PPO.
What may be the reasons of such rejection? What should I do now?

For Noida EPF you advised PNB and SBI as designated banks. Kindly clarify if SBBJ bank (subsidiary of SBI) will also do as I am holding account in this bank. Thanks
There are many subsidiaries of SBI. If more banks are designated, I would have already mentioned it without wasting time.

When your account is in-operative you have to contact concerned PF Office to get the Balance. The process to withdraw from inoperative accounts has been explained here! Thanks!

In my old PF , Name is showing of an x-employee. please let me know what could I do? I wants withraw my old PF?
