My member ID is THVSH02214050000000033, my UAN number is 100095155618. I have uploaded my AAdhar Card for KYC…it is still showing as pending for approval, who needs to approve it and can I also withdraw the PF without the employers sign.

No need for forms attestation if you have your UAN activated and linked to Bank Account & Aadhaar Card.
When I login to (uanmembers epfoservices in) webste, I can see that I have my Pan Card, Bank Account and Aadhaar Card linked and approved, however, when I visited the Vashi PF office with the new UAN based form, they said, they cannot see my Aadhar is linked or not. I logged in to my account and showed them that it is linked. I was told that probably it has not been synced as the syncing takes place from the delhi server. My UAN number is 100095155618. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

I resigned from RIL on 02 May 2016. I have not taken up any new job. I submitted my PF withdrawal from to RIL on 15 July 2016. I was instructed to complete form 15G in duplicate. I am income tax assessee. Please share format to be submitted to PF office Vashi, to process my PF withdrawal application and deduct TDS on my withdrawal if applicable. I was with RIL to 5 and a half years.

There is no need to submit Form 15G if your total service tenure is more than 5 years.. Check more info here.
My PF no. TH/VSH/0038477/000/0007941. I have applied for PF amount transfer from my previous company PF no.WB/11138/4221. They have sent cheque to your office to transfer amount into present account. I have checked up from previous company that the amount have been deducted from their bank account in the month february 2016. Till now the amount is not reflected into my present PF account. I had submitted EPS transfer form from earlier employer to current employer on 20 March 2015 at EPF office Pune and it was approved by Pune office on 24 March and waiting for getting details from Vashi office. But EPS Details are still pending from EPF Vashi office from last more than seven months. Details are as follows.

I was with the Vashi office(MH/43482/11) for the period 3.7.1998-4.1.2007.After changing my job I moved to the Bandra Office(MH/BAN/0015436/00X/0016198)until 28.2.2009.
I submitted my form 10C to the Bandra office and was paid a sum of Rs12935.00 on 29.12.2009.
To my surprise , the Vashi office transferred my contribution vide advice dated 23.4.2010.Amost 5 months late!!!!
I submitte 10C to the Vashi office through my employer INdIAN OILTANKING LIMITEd, but no reply has been received till date.
Can you kindly resolve my issue on priority?

My EPF A/c No. is MH/36155/2198 and after a regular follow up with my employer, today I received Rs 12,935.00 in my bank vide NEFT NO SBIN0003736-EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION-RAJESH KUMAR – SBIN115114123122 DT 24/5/15.
I am confused how come such a small amount has been credited in my account.

You must have receiving annual PF Statements from your employer issued by PF Office. However, this is the most common complaint by everyone after getting their Provident Fund. If you are not satisfied with the amount than visit concerned RPFC Vashi and complain about it.
