      Hi,
      My previous company Advanced Micronic Devices is not credited my PF amount since Aug 2014 till March 2015. After frequent follow up they informed that the amount is credited till Jan 2015. But when we see the passbook it is not showing the updated amount. When the amount will get updated online.
      My PF account number is PYBOM00169050000001746. Please guide how to go ahead.

    I worked with IBM India Private Limited from 08-Jun-2007 to 1-Apr-2010. To tranfer PF, I submitted a claim on
    05-Oct-2015.Tracking ID 999249051510050026732 , PF Account No – PYKRP00192140000061507.
    My claim has been rejected with following details on EPF website

    Current Status :Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.
    Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO KRPURAMWHITEFIELD for further details

    Can you please help me with the next step ?

      Rejection Reasons are not available in online database. You have to contact concern EPF Office or Kindly raise your Grievance here at our Android App..

      UAN No is Mandatory Now! You should download this Android App EPF Balance UAN e-Sewa and get your UAN Registered.

    Hello, My Name is A M Krishnakumar, Mobile – 9894312648 (My Father’s number in India) and PF Account Number – PY/KRP/0045573/000/0002072. I have submitted for my EPF closure in 2011 and had that credited to my savings account. Since the amount was bit low than expected, I investigated and understood early this year that there was a delay in the EPF fund transfer from my employer (2006 – 2008) EPF Account to the new EPF Account. Now when I was trying to submit the withdrawal for the remaining amount through my employer (2009 – 2010), I have been told to submit the withdrawal form myself to EPF office. I also understood the same as part of my grievanace SROWF/E/2015/05176 to submit, FORM 19, 10c, Cancelled Cheque, Form 15G, copy of PAN Card + self declaration letter of unemployment. I have received these forms from my last employer and good to send the forms on post but I need the below clarifications.
    1. Can I know whom in the PF Office should I address these forms to (I have the PF Office address)
    2. How will I receive the acknowledgement for my withdrawal request
    I also like to know the current balance but for some reason, I couldn’t check this online it says my name doesn’t match with the name registered with the PF Account.
    Please can you guide and suggest me to successfully submit my withdrawal forms to receive the remainings funds in my PF Account.

    I had requested my previous employer’s trust to transfer the money to my current PF account in KRPuram office. They already dispatched the cheque 1.5 months back but the amount has not been credited yet. I have written 2 emails to sro.krpuram@epfindia.gov.in but have not gotten any response. The cheque will expire in another month. You urgent attention is requested. Please help!

    I received a message on the 9th of May that the claim has been rejected and the rejection letter is under dispatch.

    Its been almost 4 months but I have not received the letter of rejection. I have been out of job for the last 3 years.

      Hi Ms. Sankar,

      Officially, yes you can submit claim forms to any PF Office in India and they would forward them to concerned RPFC for settlement. But personally, claim forms must be submitted to concerned PF Office only. This is to avoid any unnecessarily delays and fear of losing forms because they will ultimately be settled at concerned region only, so why not depositing them directly.

    Dear Sir,
    I think you are the regulatorty aythority to see that all the employers who have to register with PF office remit the employees share ( and their share as well ) to you regularly. In prestige Shanti niketan where the security is out sourced to 3 different agencies and they supply about 200 guards, but the pf account number has not been informed to guards.
    I do not know (i) If their PF is deposited or not, (ii) even they have PF account or not.
    You have been nice to organise PF lok adalat. May I request you to please give me an appointment so we can help these poor persons.

      If your forms are attested by your employer, you can submit them at local PF Office. Don’t forget to take acknowledgement on photocopies of claim forms.

    I had raised Online PF transfer in the month of January and have received all the approvals.
    I found that, the PF amount was dispersed by my previous employer.
    But my status of claim still shows

    20 Jan 2015 Claim Form Submitted .
    22 Jan 2015 Claim Form Approved by Previous Employer .
    25 Jan 2015 Claim Form Approved by Present Employer .
    ‘Current Status :Your request is In Transit between EPFO Out and In Office.’

    I have mailed epfo contact ‘otcphelpdesk@epfindia.gov.in’ many times and haven’t received any response.

    The payment by my previous employer had been done through cheque and it was on 3rd March,2015. I tried calling the numbers provided in this website, none is in working condition

    I haven’t received any update since then. Could you please help me on what should be done on this.
