   Hi,
   I have applied for Name correction in EPF, its been 2 months there is no update from PF office.
   I have submitted Joint declaration by member and employer to EPFO Vashi. I have the acknowledgment copy.
   Can you please guide to the right direction.

   Dear Sir / Madam,

   Reference : – TH/VSH/PPO/NO : -05036939

   With above reference, I wish to bring your kind notice that my EPF pension not crediated from May-17 onwards. Even after I have linked my Adhar Card with my banks account and also submited live certificate by on line in Jan-17.

   Aalso it seems pension for Feb-17 is not credited in my bank accounts. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

   Your fast repsonse is highly appreciated.

      No records found in online database for your claim form submission! It simply means either you are telling wrong PF A/c No or your claim forms still haven’t been submitted to PF Office.

      I don’t know Where did you submit them on 24th April? Do you have Acknowledgement Slip?

   MY EFP IS IS :- TH VSH 0117949 000 0004239 . The issue is as per PF office claim amount is credited in my bank account but I did not received that amount in my bank. My bank said you give me UTI not of that transaction but Vashi PF office did not give this detail to me. now what to do.???

      Its not UTI. Its UTR Number. The term UTR No. means Unique Trasaction Reference Number and it is generally used in association with NEFT transactions done through bank.

      Check if there is no mistake in bank details in claim form.

      If not, Take a scan copy of your ban passbook showing PF amount not received

      First of all, check if the bank details filled in claim forms are correct or not. If correct, take a scan copy of your bank passbook showing PF amount not received and write a letter to PF Commissioner about the problem and they will give you UTR No..
